Dulce de batata - sweet potato paste

The fruits are washed manually, then blanched. After blanching, they are peeled manually and sieved in a stainless steel mechanical sieve. The pulp and sugar are mixed in the saucepan and brought to a boil. The thickeners and preservatives are added. Cooking continues until near the end point where the coloring and vanilla flavoring is added. It is then turned off to cool down. The pulp is filled into stainless steel tanks and taken to the packing area where the molds or containers are manually filled with plastic jars.

Ingredients: sweet potato pulp, sugar, agar-agar (thickener) 0.5%, potasium sorbate (conservative) 0.05%, vanilia (natural flavoring) 0.03%, colorant 0.004%.

Packaging material: thermoformed Polystyrene.

Store in a cool and dry place.
