Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place away from bad odors.
Best before: 24 months from date of manufacture.
Production process:
a) Extraction of the sugar cane juice: the canes are received, pre-weighed and then placed in a plastic container for manual washing and selection. After washing and sorting, the beans are ground with a grinder. The must obtained is filtered or sieved in two stages, first with a plastic sieve and then with a cloth.
b) Production of cane honey: the cane juice (must) is boiled to concentrate it in the stainless steel pan. When cooking, the impurities contained in it are separated because they float on the surface. Cooking continues until they reach the desired point. Then they are chilled in the same pan for about 30 minutes, filtered and poured into plastic kegs. They are then taken to the chilling zone where they remain for at least 72 hours before being packaged. The cold cane honey is loaded into plastic tanks equipped with dispensers for filling the glass bottles.
