The fragrance from the package is reminiscent of smoke with dried fruit sweetness.
The cut: leaves cut medium coarsely, almost no stems and a fair amount of powder particles. That is why drinking facilitates the so-called montañita and the bombilla with spoon filter or this for Chimarrão. Thanks to the right preparation, we can enjoy drinking for a few hours or throughout the day.
The taste: in the temperature range up to 70°C the yerba bitterness is almost barely noticeable. It becomes noticeable at higher temperatures. The creaminess is intertwined with herbal notes from spring grass. The taste is gentle but with character, it brings us into the world of Uruguayan yerba mate.
