The entire cultivation process is subject to strict quality regulations, which is why it has acquired the Organica certificate.
Cut: Uruguayan cut, almost all leaves with a minimal proportion of stems from the leaf base. Drinking makes it easier to pile up (span. montañita).
Taste: cereal-vegetable with a light smoky note. Moderately bitter with a slight salty aftertaste. Full-bodied and original.
Energy boost: very large.
Yield: very large with preservation of taste.
