Cut: finely cut leaves with typical Uruguayan PU1, with very minimal addition of petioles (1-2%).

Scent: freshly mown flower meadow, sun-drenched old wooden attic.

Flavor: flavors of grain and bread, grassy-herbal green notes accompanied by hay and wood. Nutty creaminess with a hint of saltiness in the background.

Energy source: very large.

Recommended: for the connoisseurs of the PU1 style.
