Cut: coarser leaf cut.
Taste: pleasant sweet aroma of herbs. Although the dried herbs make up 10%, the taste is very balanced. Mint does not dominate, but complements the overall taste. Poleo provides citrus notes.
Energy dose: rather little, suitable for beginners and to drink in the afternoon.
Recommended: also suitable for tereré.
Yerba mate prepared with cold water has a slightly weaker effect and a milder taste because the active ingredients are extracted more slowly.
