Cut: very uneven large and small parts of leaves and stems, which is a charm and not a disadvantage. It underscores their wild origins.
Powder particle addition is moderate.
Scent: distinctive, concrete. It smells of dried hay mown with flowers, freshly baked bread, and also of the forest.
Flavor: paper/cardboard first, wood and earth later, and black tea aftertaste.
Slight acidity, Paraguayan bitterness (typical of Paraguayan yerba mate). The overall flavor is deeply set.
