Cut: typically Argentinian with medium-sized leaves and stems, with less powder added.
Scent: of a river on a hot day and a meadow of flowers.
Taste: at first rather unusual, between hay and meadow of flowers, with an umami taste. Later it becomes more traditional, like yerba mate and wood.
Energy dose: rather large to very large.
Recommended: not for beginners, but for gourmets and those looking for strong and expressive flavors. It is very specific and for this reason not necessarily appeals to everyone.
→ Tip: if you don't like warm water, try pouring cold water over it. A completely different taste experience.
