Cut: 3-4mm coarsely cut green leaves with minimal (5%) of leaf stalks.
Scent: of freshly mown flower meadows.
Taste: complex with creaminess, sweetness and grassiness. Light and fresh because it has not been aged. Long-lasting and productive.
Energy dose: rather high.
Recommended: an interesting break in flavor from standard stored mate.
→ Notice: Note: because this yerba mate is not stored, it should be kept in the refrigerator like the Erva (in a well-closable container and in a plastic bag). Otherwise it will lose its taste (will not be as fresh as it was immediately after opening) and its color will be greenish-olive.
