Salto Bielakowicz tipo barbacuá

Thanks to the drying barbacua (sin humo, with hot air from the campfire), the taste bouquet is very extensive. Notes of wood, grass, smoked plum, campfire, hay in the barn.

Leaves and stems cut into medium coarsely with a moderate addition of powder particles.

The scent is reflected in the taste: notes of bread, wood, nuts.
